Fifth Fluff Fest: Whoopie Pie! in Union Square

3 – 7 p.m.

This Saturday will mark five years of celebrating Marshmallow Fluff, the quintessentially all-American foodstuff that was created in Union Square by Archibald Query in 1917.   This year’s Fluff Fest celebrates the Whoopie Pie, a delectable Fluff-based treat.  The day will be marked by Fluff-inspired games, DIY projects, and musical and theatrical performances, including a turn by the Thru the Keyhole Burlesque troupe as the Flufferettes.  As always, there will also be a Fluff cooking competition and Fluff-inspired foods and drinks to enjoy.
